Commitments Management

Commitment Management enables the daily management of supplier commitment against budget and facilitates payment of suppliers for approved works. To ensure that the Estates Manager is aware of all the current Supplier Commitments raised so that effective management of budget, supply and payment can be effected. This enables purchase order reporting information, production of commitments statements and improvement of payment time cycle to be introduced. It will enable iB Solutions customers to integrate purchase order information from their Estates Management System into our Integra Purchase Order module. Also, it will allow them to facilitate the production of commitment information to Estates Managers' budget statements and improve the payment time cycle for estates contractors.

Proof of Delivery for Supplies

Proof of Delivery for Supplies ensures your vital supplies are receipted electronically for order checking and supplier payment. To ensure that supplies are skimmed for proof of delivery to facilitate stock control and supplier payment. Once the supplier receives an order from the customer and the goods are dispatched, on their receipt at the required location, they will be receipted by a hand-held PDA and will be authorised back to the supplier for proof of delivery. Integra will then enable a check to ensure the supplies match the order and the supplier payment process will then commence.

Electronic Signature Systems

Electronic Signature Systems ensure Health & Safety compliance and provide effective management of the Contractor's onsite to assist our customers with the capture of contractors' details at the Estates Office, and to manage Health & Safety Compliance.

This will enable the management and monitoring of the contractor's time onsite and ensure they have signed appropriately for onsite/offsite compliance. It will provide real-time information to the Estates Management Office on location, and work in progress of the contractor's and subsequent budgetary analysis and supplier management through the use of Key Performance Indicators and Thresholds for monitoring purposes.

Bluecard and Snagging Lists

Bluecard and Snagging Lists using modern mobile technology, ensures that the pre-occupancy site check is conducted together with the Snagging List before the owner moves in using modern PDA Mobile Technology. This enables personnel to perform a critical check on all vital areas and take photographic evidence. This data can be recorded and sent back to a central database for analysis and key performance indicator reporting. It also enables maintenance work to be scheduled in a timely fashion with working replacements.
